Synthesis and characterization of gamma irradiated polyvinyl chloride/graphite carbon nitride nanocomposite films for electronic applications

This study introduces the synthesis of graphite-carbon nitrite (g-C 3 N 4 ) using thermal treatment urea. The prepared powder is treated to generate nanoparticles. structure and grain size g-C have been obtained via X-ray diffraction (XRD) technique transmission electron microscope. nitride on Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC/g-C nanocomposite films were produced by mixing different concentrations (0, 3, 5, 7, 10 20 wt%) nanoparticles with (PVC) solutions. elemental composition nanocomposites PVC/g-C studied XRD, scanning microscope (SEM), (EDX), infrared spectroscopy (IR) spin resonance (ESR).
